Project Acai collaborates with The Moving Body Group to bring you an exclusive Mat Pilates workshop at Project Acai East. Get ready to work the core and get that booty lifted with a beginner-level class in our private semi-alfresco area. You'll finish off the session with a refreshing post-workout Acai bowl at the end of the 45 minute class.

Time: 10 am to 11 am or 11:15 am to 12:15 pm
Where: Project Acai East, Katong (Semi-alfresco area)
What: 45 minutes Mat Pilates session + a post-workout Acai treat

All fitness levels are welcomed (exercises will be tailored according to the class fitness level). Limited mats per session, so book a mat today!


About the Instructor:
Atsuko Hussain from The Moving Body Group  is trained in Pilates Instruction and is PMA, PAA certified. She believes exercising is a way of life and finds it the best way to strengthen her body and maintain a balanced body and mind, especially when she was living a busy corporate life and during pregnancy. Atsuko's interest is in helping clients improve their core, and helping them move more efficiently in their daily lives.


A refund of 50% of the workshop fee will be issued for all the cancellations made in writing and received less than 7 days prior to the workshop date. 

No refunds or credits will be issued for No Shows on the day of the workshop.
