PROJECT ACAI  X  CHARITY WATER

OUR WATER POLICY

You might have noticed that we don't serve water at our cafes in order to avoid wastage of cups and water. We believe that water is a right and should be made available to everyone, and in Singapore, we're extremely privileged to have ready access to clean potable water.

100% of the profits from the sale of our bottled water in our cafes will go towards our monthly Project Acai charity: water Campaign in support of the NPO's initiatives. Purchase a bottle of water at our cafes and you'll be helping others around the world get clean water too.

PROJECT ACT

As a local business, Project Acai loves supporting fellow small business owners and local brands whenever we can, whether through our in-store retail section, or in the ingredients we use for our offerings.  We started Project Act to build on our efforts and as our way of giving back to the local community.

We donate a portion of our proceeds from the sale of our Project Acai Merchandise (Cooler Bag, Embroidered Patches, T-Shirts) to our charity of the moment. Available at select outlets.

This year (2018), we are supporting Care Channels International Ltd (CCI) - a non-profit organisation working among the poor and marginalised in Asia. The organisation engages communities through a variety of health, education and livelihood programs. Through their holistic, innovative and sustainable initiatives, they seek to empower individuals and families to break free from the grip of poverty. Their health initiatives include deployment of water filters, mobile clinics and training of medical practitioners. In education, besides running kindergartens, schools and tuition centres, they also administer a Child Education Sponsorship program where children from less privileged families are supported financially.
